Even though it has a very millionaire age, we can still define the Chocolate as the most appreciated, loved and sought food of the world in anytime! Thanks to this pratical (suitable ofr every kitchen level), sweet and exiting cooking lesson, the best Chefs of Florentine Schools teach you the right way to cook chocolate and use it to making many cookies as pralines (full of coffee, coconut or hazelnut). At the end of the course, every participant takes away its personal creations.
